Boat Information
Whether or not you have been assigned the use of a Port Wedeln dock or mooring, if you would like to be able to use a dock or mooring at any time during the boating season, you must send a copy of your boat and/or jet ski registration and a copy of your current (renewal) watercraft liability insurance policy to PWAwedeln@gmail.com or to the mailing address here.
In accordance with the bylaws, the deadline for submitting boat registrations and proof of insurance is March 15th each year. If not submitted on time, a fine of $50.00 will be imposed. If payment and fine are not received by April 15th, the member will lose their spot on the seniority list.
If you have extenuating circumstances that make it impossible for you to meet the above deadline, please contact the clerk.
As in the past, if you have been assigned the use of a dock or mooring for the coming season, the bill you receive in January for your annual Association dues will include the fee for that use, breakdown of fees as follows:
- The dock fee is $675 for the season - Max length 22'6"
- The mooring fee is $450.00 for the season - Max length 22'6"
- Jet Ski are 325.00 for the season - Max length 11'2"
- $5 per day rental for available temporary locations
The second deadline to remember is March 31st. To secure a dock or mooring assignment ALL dues, assessments and dock or mooring fees must be paid in full by March 31, annually.
Golf Cart Information
The 2023 Port Wedeln Rules and Regulations govern the use of golf carts on Port Wedeln Association property.
These bylaws do not apply to the use of golf carts on the Port Wedeln Association public streets. Use of golf carts on the public streets is covered by the town ordinance.
Owners of golf carts must submit the following on a yearly basis:
- Signed waiver of liability and assumption of risk
- Golf cart registration form
- Copy of golf cart liability insurance in the amount of $500,000

Golf cart registrations expire yearly on April 30th, please make sure you renew prior.
